- 1385 W Iron Springs Rd, Prescott, AZ 86305. That is where outpatient treatment happens. Residential is delivered by AnchorPoint at their own address a few minutes away.
- How do I get there from out of state?
- Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor and somebody collects you. It is about two hours north from there, and admissions agrees the timing with you before anything is booked. How that works.
- What is the Phoenix office?
- An office at 2633 E Indian School Rd, Suite 410, Phoenix. It is not a treatment location: no levels of care are delivered there and nobody is admitted there. Treatment happens in Prescott.
- Can family visit?
- Yes. Visitation is on Sundays, every week, and family therapy sessions are scheduled with the man’s own therapist, by video when the family is out of state. More for families.
- What is there to do around it?
- It is a mile high in the pines. Hikes, canyons and lake days are in the schedule rather than offered as a reward, which is most of why being here rather than in a city matters. Adventure therapy.

I was hesitant on coming to this facility, but I'm very glad I did. It definitely enforces the guidelines for building a structured life while having some freedom to still feel like a person. The camaraderie and brothers you make here helped with my recovery exponentially. The staff and therapists at Holdfast take your issues and needs to heart and assist to the best of their abilities.

Listening and sharing each clients experiences and thoughts about we were being taught in group meetings. Also encouraged to go to AA meetings, Church and Bible Study.
