- Is this really free?
- Yes, and it is not a sales trick with a bill attached. A benefits check costs us a phone call to your insurer. You get told what the plan covers whether or not you ever come here.
- Can I check somebody else’s insurance?
- You can check what a plan covers with his name, his date of birth and the plan details, which most wives and mothers already hold. Discussing his actual care needs a release of information signed by him, because he is an adult. More on that here.
- Will this affect my policy?
- No. A verification is an enquiry about benefits. It does not file a claim, does not notify your employer and does not change anything about your coverage.
- What if my plan is out of network?
- Much of our care is delivered out of network and it frequently still carries substantial benefits. The verification is exactly what tells you whether yours does. Paying for treatment explains what out of network actually means.
- What if I have no insurance?
- Say so and admissions will talk self-pay through honestly rather than running you through a form that cannot help. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, including AHCCCS.

I was hesitant on coming to this facility, but I'm very glad I did. It definitely enforces the guidelines for building a structured life while having some freedom to still feel like a person. Listening and sharing each clients experiences and thoughts about we were being taught in group meetings. Also encouraged to go to AA meetings, Church and Bible Study.
