- Are you in network with my plan?
- Often not, and that is less bad than it sounds. Much of our care is delivered out of network, which frequently still covers a substantial share, and whether yours does is exactly what a verification tells you. We say "we work with" rather than "in network" because the second would not be true across the board.
- My carrier is not on the wall. Does that mean no?
- No. The marks are the plans that come up most, not a complete list of what might pay. Call and let admissions check rather than ruling yourself out on a logo grid.
- Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?
- No, and that includes AHCCCS in Arizona. We would rather say it here than have you find out on a phone call, and admissions will point you toward programs that do take it.
- What about TRICARE?
- We work with some TRICARE West policies, and what a specific plan covers depends on the plan, the region and the level of care. The detail is on the TRICARE page.
- Does checking affect my policy?
- No. A verification is an enquiry about benefits. It files no claim, notifies no employer, and changes nothing about your coverage.

I was hesitant on coming to this facility, but I'm very glad I did. It definitely enforces the guidelines for building a structured life while having some freedom to still feel like a person. The camaraderie and brothers you make here helped with my recovery exponentially. The staff and therapists at Holdfast take your issues and needs to heart and assist to the best of their abilities.
