Treatment Programs for Every Step of Recovery

Holdfast Recovery and AnchorPoint are led by a shared clinical and executive team committed to helping men rebuild their lives. From residential care to outpatient treatment, every level is guided by experienced leadership that understands addiction, trauma, and what it takes for men to actually change.

Residential Treatment

Experience private, executive-style rooms and access to an on-site gym and nutritionist through our brother program, AnchorPoint. Designed for men who want to rebuild their strength, residential care provides a structured, no-nonsense environment where you can focus on getting stronger and healthier, and be ready to take on life again.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our PHP packs six hours of daily, hands-on treatment, five days a week, designed for men who are serious about getting better while staying connected to the real world. It’s a balance of structured therapy, skill-building, and practical life integration

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

When it’s time to step down, we make the transition seamless with a two-phase IOP. You can choose five days a week for three hours, or three days a week for three hours—structured enough to keep you accountable, flexible enough to handle life’s demands.

Sober Living

Our structured, Christ-centered sober living homes offer long-term support for men in recovery, with 24/7 accountability and guidance from dedicated staff. This is more than housing—it’s a strong, supportive environment where men rebuild their habits, grow in faith, and strengthen the foundation for long-term recovery.

Aftercare and Alumni

Recovery doesn’t stop when treatment ends, and neither does our support. Through regular check-ins, peer groups, and ongoing guidance from our team, you’ll stay connected to a network of men who understand the grind of life in recovery—and who push each other to keep moving forward.

Continuum of Care & Addiction Treatment FAQs

A full continuum of care means having access to every level of treatment you may need throughout your recovery journey without gaps, inability to access services, or having to start over. It’s a structured path that meets you where you are, whether you need intensive support or are ready to step back into everyday life.

At Holdfast Recovery and AnchorPoint, that continuum is fully connected under one shared clinical and leadership team. For men who need a higher level of care, treatment can begin with residential support at AnchorPoint, where structure, accountability, and 24/7 care lay the foundation for change. From there, clients can step down into Holdfast Recovery’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), followed by Intensive Outpatient (IOP), sober living, and ongoing aftercare.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, GEHA, Carelon, ComPsych, and more. Please note: we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Use our insurance verification form above for a free, confidential benefits check.

You don’t need to come in with a strong faith — just an open heart. Our program is rooted in Christian values and uses faith as a framework for healing, but we welcome men who are spiritually curious, doubting, or simply looking for something more than a traditional rehab. Many of our clients found or renewed their faith during their time here.

Absolutely. We welcome men from all 50 states. Our admissions team can help you navigate travel logistics, and many of our clients find that leaving their home environment is actually one of the most powerful parts of their recovery. Prescott, Arizona’s natural setting, becomes part of the healing process.

We offer same-day admissions when availability allows. Once you call or submit your information, an admissions specialist will reach out immediately to verify your insurance and walk you through the next steps. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can get you started.

Days at Holdfast are structured and purposeful. You can expect morning devotionals, individual and group therapy sessions, fitness activities, including our CrossFit partnership, evening Christian community events, and 12-step meetings. The schedule is intentionally full because healing happens when the mind and body are both engaged.

Yes, Holdfast Recovery is a men ‘s-only program. This is intentional because men recover differently, and the brotherhood and community that form in a single-gender environment are among the things our alumni consistently cite as transformational.
