We coordinate a smooth step-down process to a two-phase Intensive Outpatient Program that meets 5 days a week for 3 hours, or 3 days per week for 3 hours.
Our structured, Christ-centered sober living homes offer long-term housing for those in recovery, with 24/7 support and accountability from dedicated staff.

Yes, Holdfast Recovery specializes in dual diagnosis treatment, addressing addiction alongside conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder simultaneously. We integrate polyvagal-informed care, EMDR, IFS, and HeartMath alongside faith-based counseling to address both the neurological and emotional dimensions of co-occurring disorders.

Holdfast Recovery specializes in helping first responders and veterans achieve long-term sobriety, physical wellness, and spiritual healing. Our program was founded by Brendan McDonough, the sole survivor of the Yarnell Hill Fire, who turned to alcohol to cope with survivor’s guilt and PTSD before finding recovery through EMDR and faith. That lived experience shapes how we approach moral injury, occupational trauma, and the specific emotional weight carried by men in service roles.

I highly recommend Holdfast Recovery. My life fell apart faster than a bridge collapse, I lost everything. Through, this program I gained everything. It’s not instantaneous, it’s a lifestyle, much like how living in addiction is a lifestyle.

The therapist Rich specifically will ask you what kind of practical problems you have, and then solve them ! The staff here goes above and beyond for their clients !
