What We Treat

We offer a range of programs for women struggling with all types of substance use disorders and addictions.

Our women’s rehab center focuses on misuse, abuse, and addictions of the following:

If you believe that you or someone you care about is struggling with a substance use disorder or addiction related to any of the above substances, we invite you to reach out to our team today to learn more about our various treatment programs.

How We Treat

We focus on a whole-person approach to addiction treatment. In all of our programs including our female focused program we believe that faith-based healing of the body, mind, and spirit is the most effective method of achieving sustainable, long-term sobriety. We also tailor our programs to each client. Addiction does not affect everyone the same way; treatment should also be personalized to the unique needs of the individual.

When you first reach out to our team, you will be connected with an admissions counselor who will assist you in assessing your needs and determining the best path forward. This may involve recommending an inpatient/residential program for safe, monitored detox, depending on your specific situation. Next, our team will work with you to create a personalized plan for recovery.

We offer two primary forms of treatment:

  • The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): With PHP, you do not sleep at the facility but instead attend treatment each day (five days a week, minimum) and return home in the evenings. This is an ideal program for women who are struggling to manage their substance use disorders and addictions in their everyday lives and who are also struggling to function at work, school, and in other daily activities.
  • The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Our IOP involves a minimum of three days of treatment at our facility. Like with our PHP, you will still live and sleep at home while commuting to the center for intensive therapies and treatments. The IOP is an ideal choice for those who need help overcoming substance use disorders and addictions but who also wish to maintain employment, care for children at home, and manage other necessary day-to-day activities.

Our staff can assist you in determining if either the PHP or IOP is right for you and can answer any questions you may have about our various treatment programs.

Both the PHP and IOP involve various treatments designed to promote healing and whole-person wellness. These treatments include:

What Happens When You Go to Rehab?

At Holdfast Recovery, we typically recommend a 90-day program with a three-phase approach. The process begins with an initial intake assessment where our clinical team works directly with you to create a personalized treatment plan. During the course of treatment, you will have the opportunity to continuously review your progress with our team and make adjustments to this plan if necessary.

In most cases, the first two months (phase one) of the program are the most intensive. You will attend full-time therapy at our Prescott women’s rehab facility a minimum of 30 hours a week, as well as various 12-step fellowships and faith-based activities in the evenings. While this is the typical approach, we can also work with you to modify your treatment and recovery plan based around your needs.

In phase two, the third month of treatment, most clients attend part-time therapy at our center 15 hours a week. During this phase, you will also be supported in reengagement with employment, education, and other day-to-day activities outside of treatment.

The final phase of treatment is aftercare. This is a critical component of long-term sobriety and relapse prevention and is available to anyone in need of support or encouragement. During aftercare, you receive routine check-ins and continued access to support groups, therapy, and checkups with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure ongoing physical health and mental wellness. While aftercare is commonly associated with well-known 12-step programs, these are not the only ways for people to receive ongoing support. Aftercare programs can be customized to suit your needs and your life.
